Triathlon Swimming

The first discipline and often the one that athletes making the move to triathlon initially struggle with. If you are worried that your swimming is not good enough or wish to refine your stroke take advantage of the opprtunity to improve under the guidance of one of our swim coaches.

Beginners/Improvers Tuition - All Welcome

Brian James has taught many local residents to swim and refine their technique all for the small price of pool admission. If anyone including non club members would like to learn/refine their strokes then contact Brian on 01372 458504, 07773 121544 or email tuition@dmvac.org.uk

Brian can teach you at either Kingswood or Dorking Leisure Centres pools, please contact him to arrange a time.

The only cost is the admission to the pool!

Monday's session is at 21:00 with Martin Paine. Please contact Martin before attending this session as spaces are limited.

Open Water Swimming

Open water swimming can be a strange experience the first time so get in the practice at an open water lake. Try "The Quays" or "Heron Lake run by Rick Kiddle"
Both lakes are expected to be open by the end of April.
Martin Paine also works as a coach at both of these venues so he should be able to answer any questions you might have.
