Want to improve your strength, aerobic fitness and flexibilty?

ab_leg_lift A good circuit training session can do all three and it might even decrease your chances of picking up an injury.

Join our coaches Alan and Lesley as they guide you through a dynamic warm-up, sets of 8-10 stations of resistance exercises and finally a good stretch out to leave you feeling refreshed.

Come along and try a session on Monday evenings at Oakfield Junior school, Fetcham. Sessions cost just £2 to cover the cost of hall hire.
