During the summer months we take advantage of our grass track at Pixham Lane, Dorking.
Typically there are two different sessions on offer as well as Junior only sessions laid on by our Junior coaches.
Each evening there is one session is designed for 800m to 5K athletes in mind and the other session for 10K to Marathon distances. Groups are further subdived into similar paces so everyone gets suitable recovery, not too little and not too much! A training program will be available for download at the start of the track season. (Mid April).
Track sessions are a great, time efficient way to improve your fitness and speed whatever your chosen race distance.
